Key Account Manager
DOGA is a multinational company with over 60 years of experience in the development of customized projects for various industrial sectors. With a strong focus on R&D, we established ourselves as a key player in the creation of advanced solutions by combining electronic and mechanical engineering.
We design and manufacture our own products, which allows the company to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence, we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distributes its products to over 70 countries.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join DOGA do Brasil and lead the commercial development of our Off-Road Clients.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
Manage and develop strategic accounts, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and implement annual sales and business development plans aligned with company objectives.
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored technical-commercial solutions.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiations with customers.
Coordinate activities with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
Monitor project execution, ensuring delivery deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
Travel regularly to visit customers and prospects throughout Brazil.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development within industrial environments.
Spanish and / or English for communication with international teams.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Motivation and willingness to learn.
Availability for business travel.

HISTORY
DOGA commenced its business activities in Barcelona in 1958.
It began by manufacturing windshield washer/wiper kits, later expanding into direct-current motors (for motor vehicles and industry) and the stamping of welded kits.

With a team of more than 60 people, at DOGA, we focus on the development of projects in our Technical Centre.
We have extensive know-how in terms of the development and production of automobile components that are specially designed for OEM applications, and the execution of each project is given an individualized treatment and assigned a management team in order to achieve maximum performance.
Each system is the result of a unique project that has been developed specifically for each application.
