Inbound Logistics Lead

We are looking for a Inbound Logistics Lead, reporting directly to our Warehouse Manager. As a member of DOGA's job department, he/she will be coordinating and supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate execution of all logistics activities while meeting service, quality and productivity objectives.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
Coordinate the daily inbound receiving operations, ensuring the correct unloading, identification and initial storage of incoming materials.
Plan and supervise the workload of the receiving team to ensure operational efficiency and on-time execution.
Coordinate inbound transportation from suppliers, scheduling deliveries and optimizing available warehouse resources.
Supervise both the physical and system receipt of materials in SAP/WMS, ensuring inventory accuracy and data integrity.
Coordinate internal and local transportation of materials between production sites, suppliers and external warehouses.
Manage the flow and control of returnable packaging, ensuring its availability, traceability and recovery.
Lead, coach and support the receiving team in their daily activities, promoting a safe, collaborative and efficient working environment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound operations, unloading activities, receiving incidents and returnable packaging management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing receiving, transportation and material supply processes.
PROFILE REQUIRED
3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience coordinating or supervising operational teams.
Vocational Training or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

HISTORY
DOGA commenced its business activities in Barcelona in 1958.
It began by manufacturing windshield washer/wiper kits, later expanding into direct-current motors (for motor vehicles and industry) and the stamping of welded kits.
