DOGA has more than 60 years of experience in the development and production of automotive components. With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. As a member of DOGA's Logistic department, this person will be doing job tasks.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries, orders, and delivery requirements are managed effectively.
Research and resolve issues related to customer orders and delivery performance in a timely manner.
Verify customer quotes, including pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and purchasing facility
requirements, while cross-referencing with existing data.
Establish and maintain accurate “ship-to” addresses and part number cross-references within SAP.
Enter customer orders into the system and verify delivery schedules for accuracy.
Upload and maintain customer material schedules on external customer websites as required.
Review customer forecasts, identify changes, and update databases accordingly.
Proactively utilize SAP to ensure accuracy, coordinating with DOGA IT to resolve system-related issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

It began by manufacturing windshield washer/wiper kits, later expanding into direct-current motors (for motor vehicles and industry) and the stamping of welded kits.
