🇲🇦 MAINTENANCE MANAGER

We design and manufacture our own products, which allows the company to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence, we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distributes its products to over 70 countries.
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our production plant in Tangier to lead the department, resolve plant breakdowns, and technically develop the team to support the implementation of increasingly advanced production lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, and Spare Parts
- Troubleshooting and resolving plant breakdowns
- Technical development of the assigned team
- Providing improvement solutions to prevent recurring breakdowns and enhance processes
- Close collaboration with the plant’s operational team
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Electromechanical background with strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial electricity, and mechanics
- Ability to interpret power and control electrical diagrams, pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Skilled in diagnosing faults via Siemens PLCs and familiar with Beijer operator panels
- Strong diagnostic skills, quick problem-solving ability, and a dynamic approach
- Good spoken and written level of Spanish and/or English

HISTORY
DOGA commenced its business activities in Barcelona in 1958.
It began by manufacturing windshield washer/wiper kits, later expanding into direct-current motors (for motor vehicles and industry) and the stamping of welded kits.

R&D - OUR TECHNOLOGY
With a team of more than 60 people, at DOGA, we focus on the development of projects in our Technical Centre.
We have extensive know-how in terms of the development and production of automobile components that are specially designed for OEM applications, and the execution of each project is given an individualized treatment and assigned a management team in order to achieve maximum performance.
Each system is the result of a unique project that has been developed specifically for each application.
