We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Manager, reporting directly to our Human Resources Manager. As a member of DOGA's team, he/she will be a pillar in the development of the payroll administration and management area. This position will be responsible for a wide range of activities and processes focused on our employees' payroll and administration, as well as playing a key paper on the company’s digitalization process.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
- Supervise and manage the payroll processing at all stages, from data collection to distribution.
- Establish effective labor relations, offering advice and guidance when necessary.
- Coordinate with the human resources team to ensure the accuracy of employee data and documentation required for payroll processing.
- Supervise time management, utilizing internal tools and ensuring legal compliance.
- Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding payroll and benefits issues.
- Manage absenteeism information and analyze related KPIs monthly.
- Supervise compliance with all local and federal labor regulations, including payroll taxes, minimum wage laws, and other related regulations.
- Propose improvements and new solutions in the area to innovate and enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of the payroll, as well as proper budget management.
- Take part in the hiring process, in collaboration with the rest of the department.
- Enhance and consolidate a complete and comprehensive reporting of the department’s data.
- Be a key player in the department's digitization process.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Additional training in payroll management will be valued.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Deep knowledge of local and federal labor laws, as well as experience in their application.
- Previous experience using payroll systems and related software.
- High level of both oral and written English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Business and people-oriented, with strong communication and empathy skills.
- Flexibility, positivity, ability to handle complex situations, and work as part of a team.
- Rigor, organization, multitasking ability, and adherence to delivery times.

HISTORY
DOGA commenced its business activities in Barcelona in 1958.
It began by manufacturing windshield washer/wiper kits, later expanding into direct-current motors (for motor vehicles and industry) and the stamping of welded kits.
