We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, with ambition to grow and create. As a member of DOGA's R&D department, he/she will take part in several electronics and mechatronics projects for different industries., inside a qualified department and with a great environment.
ESSENTIAL TASKSÂ
- Managing hardware requirements, both functional and standards that the product must meet.
- Work from the project concept until industralization.
- Designing with Altium for schematics and layout, configuring outjobs to generate manufacturing documentation, managing the component library, and maintaining Altium templates.
- Conducting investigative testing in EMC laboratories.
- Simulating circuits using LTSpice.
- Designing for microcontrollers and signal processing applications.
- Managing laboratory equipment.
- Generating documentation related to hardware: AMFE design, DVP definition, compliance matrix, risk assessment, etc.
- Working with communication buses such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and wireless.
- Designing hardware for motor control, mechatronics, power systems, etc.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or similar Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of power electronics design.
- High level of both oral and written English.
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to make decisions.
- Capable of working both autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with EMC/EE standards such as CISPR25, ISO 13766, ISO 10605, ISO 7637, ISO 11452, and IEC 61000.
- Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
- Experience with GIT version control.
- Used to working in FCT, ICT, and EoL verification for hardware implementation.
- High-frequency design skills.
- Experience with motor controllers is a plus.
- Experience in AI models is valued.

HISTORY
DOGA commenced its business activities in Barcelona in 1958.
It began by manufacturing windshield washer/wiper kits, later expanding into direct-current motors (for motor vehicles and industry) and the stamping of welded kits.
