Senior Designer (DIT)
DOGA has more than 60 years of experience in the development and production of automotive components. With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.
We are looking for a Senior Designer to take in charge customers requests and prepare feasibility product studies.
Essential Functions:
- To assist customers in the choice of products and services and support them in problem solving; to put in place actions to orient customers to our existing products.
- To assist our sales department in products cost estimation and support the entire process development.
- To prepare production drawings with all the needed indications and tolerances as well as the product bill of materials.
- To work closely with our Production and Quality departments to support and address them with correct information and specification.
- To know how to prepare a DFMEA and to be able to understand and work on a Product Validation Plan.
- To prepare products Power Point presentations and technical documentations as experimental test reports.
- To be able to organize job tasks and prepare related timing plan.
Profile required:
- Industrial or mechanical engineering degree or similar
- English required, second foreign language optional
- Experience: 5 years in related position, automotive sector preferred.
- Software: CREO, 3D design program
- AMFE, FEA (finite elements), APQP, materials and treatments knowledge's preferred.

HISTORY
DOGA commenced its business activities in Barcelona in 1958.
It began by manufacturing windshield washer/wiper kits, later expanding into direct-current motors (for motor vehicles and industry) and the stamping of welded kits.
