ACCOUNT MANAGER
DOGA es una empresa dedicada al desarrollo, industrialización y fabricación de componentes metálicos de estampación y conjuntos ensamblados, que da servicio principalmente al sector automoción.
En estos momentos DOGA NAVARRA precisa incorporar un perfil de Stamping Sales Manager para gestionar y liderar el área comercial.
Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar las estrategias comerciales y definir los objetivos concretos del área comercial.
- Gestionar la cartera de clientes asignada y captación de nuevos negocios y clientes.
- Cumplir con la política de márgenes y analizar y revertir los márgenes negativos.
- Planificar y coordinar las actividades estableciendo las directrices y prioridades para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
- Realizar el presupuesto anual de ventas.
Perfil:
- Grado en Ingeniería
- Formación complementaria en el área comercial
- Experiencia en el sector automoción, muy valorable en estampación
- Conocimientos y experiencia en abrir nuevos mercados y fidelización de los mismos
- Idioma: inglés nivel negociación. Valorable segundo idioma.
- Conocimiento CRM comercial

HISTORY
DOGA commenced its business activities in Barcelona in 1958.
It began by manufacturing windshield washer/wiper kits, later expanding into direct-current motors (for motor vehicles and industry) and the stamping of welded kits.

R&D - OUR TECHNOLOGY
With a team of more than 60 people, at DOGA, we focus on the development of projects in our Technical Centre.
We have extensive know-how in terms of the development and production of automobile components that are specially designed for OEM applications, and the execution of each project is given an individualized treatment and assigned a management team in order to achieve maximum performance.
Each system is the result of a unique project that has been developed specifically for each application.
